Klyndo is written and operated by Jamie Colton, a freelance writer based in Portland, Oregon. Jamie has spent the better part of three years testing and documenting remote income platforms — survey sites, cashback apps, paid testing platforms, micro-task work, and online focus groups.
The goal isn't to find the perfect platform. It's to give an honest picture of what each one actually involves — how much time it takes, how much you can realistically earn, what the experience is like week to week, and where the limitations are. That means including the downsides alongside the positives.
We only write about platforms we've used personally for at least 60 days. We don't accept sponsored reviews or guaranteed positive coverage. If a platform has affiliate compensation available, we may participate — but compensation doesn't determine whether a platform gets reviewed or how it's rated. We've turned down affiliate relationships with platforms we found to be poor value.
